ELEVATE CLINICAL SKILLS
REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND TRANSFER POLICY

Effective Date: March 2025

 

1. REGISTRATION

All workshop registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Due to limited seating and the hands-on nature of our training, each registration reserves a dedicated seat.

 

2. REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to registration@elevateclinicalskills.com.

Refund eligibility is based on the scheduled start date of the event and is as follows:

  • 30 or more days before the event start date: Full refund

  • 14–29 days before the event start date:

  • 50% refund, or

  • 100% credit toward a future Elevate Clinical Skills workshop

  • Fewer than 14 days before the event start date: No refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.

 

3. CREDIT POLICY

  • Credits issued in lieu of refunds are valid for 12 months from the original event date

  • Credits may be applied toward any future Elevate Clinical Skills workshop, subject to availability

  • Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash

 

4. TRANSFER POLICY

If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event date, subject to availability.

  • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours (2 days) before the event start time

  • Each registration is eligible for one (1) transfer only

  • Transfers are final and may not be transferred again or converted into a refund

 

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend the event without prior approved transfer will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee.

 

6. LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURE

Participants who arrive late or leave early are not eligible for refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers.

 

7. EVENT MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Elevate Clinical Skills reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule events

  • Modify instructors, content, or location as necessary

 

If an event is canceled by Elevate Clinical Skills, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer to a future event

 

8. NON-TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATIONS

Registrations are non-transferable between individuals unless explicitly approved in writing.

 

9. EXCEPTIONS

All policies are applied consistently. Exceptions, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of Elevate Clinical Skills.
