About Elevate Clinical Skills
At Elevate Clinical Skills, we’re here to help healthcare professionals feel more confident and capable in the procedures they do every day. Whether you're a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, our workshops are designed to give you the hands-on experience you need to provide safe, effective care with confidence.
We focus on practical procedural skills that are relevant across primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and beyond. Our goal is to make learning approachable, engaging, and directly applicable to your clinical work—no fluff, just real-world skills taught by experienced clinicians.

Why Choose Us?
-
Skilled, Supportive Instructors: Our trainers are working providers who love teaching and want to help you succeed.

Small Group Learning: You'll never feel lost in the crowd—our sessions are kept small so everyone gets personalized attention.
-
Hands-On Practice: We prioritize doing over watching, giving you plenty of time to practice techniques and ask questions.
-

Eric Gordon, MPAS, PA-C
He founded Elevate Clinical Skills to fill a gap he noticed in the healthcare world: a need for hands-on, real-world procedural training that feels accessible, practical, and confidence-building. His goal is to help fellow clinicians feel better prepared at the bedside—because confident providers deliver better care.
Eric lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three children, and continues to practice clinically while leading Elevate’s workshops.
